This is a rain or shine event. I agree that the vehicle listed on this form will be the vehicle I arrive with on the day of the HCMRR unless prior approval is given. If you need to change the vehicle registered please contact us through email at hcmrodrun@gmail.com. All participants will be required to sign a waiver releasing the Hill Country Mile Rod Run or HCMRR from liability for any incidence that may occur during the event.
